We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered denim. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Check that your items are in original condition and were not purchased during a 'Final Sale' event or custom-hemmed by our team.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an official Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship via your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
